Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MPS Network collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information through dolphinmpsnetwork.com. Some account, application, booking, payment, and email functions are currently unavailable and will be covered by this Policy when they are enabled.

1. Information we collect

Information collected during ordinary website use

Our hosting and website systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and cookies required for website operation, authentication, or administration.

Information collected when optional services are enabled

Depending on the feature you choose to use, we may collect:

  • Account information, including name, email address, password hash, country, account role, and authentication records.
  • Therapist-application information, including eligibility and application status, selected country, and optional verification documents.
  • Approved therapist profile, clinic, treatment, pricing, availability, and professional information.
  • Booking-administration information, including contact details, selected service, appointment time, booking status, cancellation status, and transaction references.
  • Payment and refund records, including amount, currency, status, provider identifiers, and reconciliation events. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by MPS Network.
  • Messages and support requests you choose to send.

Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medical histories, treatment notes, outcomes, or other clinical information. The service is not designed to collect clinical records.

2. Why we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website; provide requested accounts and services; process therapist applications and administrative review; present approved directory profiles; administer bookings, payments, refunds, and provider transfers when enabled; communicate service messages; investigate errors or misuse; maintain audit and financial records; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Consent and choices

We identify the relevant purpose when information is requested and seek consent where required. You may choose not to provide optional information, although this may prevent us from providing the associated feature. Verification-document uploads are optional unless the website clearly states otherwise.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information:

  • To service providers that operate hosting, payment, email, mapping, security, backup, or support functions on our behalf.
  • To an approved therapist or user when necessary to administer a requested booking or service and consistent with the privacy controls shown in the booking flow.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid request from an authority.
  • To protect users, the website, MPS Network, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
  • As part of a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

Service providers may process information under their own privacy terms as well as contractual obligations to MPS Network. Payment processing, when enabled, is expected to use Stripe. The production website is hosted using Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States.

5. International processing

Because the service supports users in the United States and Canada and uses service providers in other locations, information may be processed outside your province, state, or country. It may therefore be subject to the laws and lawful access procedures of those locations.

6. Retention

Therapist applications and uploaded verification documents have no fixed automatic deletion period. They are retained until the therapist submits a verified request for deletion. After a verified request, MPS Network will delete the application and uploaded documents except to the limited extent that retention is required by applicable law, financial or security obligations, fraud prevention, a legal hold, or an active dispute. Copies contained in backups are removed through the normal backup-expiration cycle and are not restored for ordinary use.

Other personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate security and operational needs, applicable financial or legal recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, HTTPS in transit, private storage controls for verification documents, backups, logging, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

8. Cookies and external links

The website may use cookies necessary for security, sessions, authentication, preferences, or administration. Links to third-party websites and any externally provided map, payment, or communication feature are governed by the third party’s own privacy practices.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask how it has been used or disclosed, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion. Therapist applications and uploaded verification documents will be deleted after a verified therapist request, subject to limited legal, security, financial, fraud-prevention, legal-hold, or dispute requirements.

10. Children

This service is not directed to children, and accounts, therapist applications, and booking services are intended for adults. Do not submit information about a child through the website unless an authorized feature and appropriate consent process expressly permits it.

11. Privacy responsibility and contact

MPS Network is responsible for personal information under its control. Privacy questions, requests, or concerns may be submitted through the Contact page. Please do not include clinical or payment-card information in a general contact message.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date. Where required, material changes will be communicated or consent will be requested before the new use begins.

MPS Network confirms that this Policy was legally reviewed and approved for publication on August 23, 2026.
