Terms of Use

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to dolphinmpsnetwork.com and services made available through MPS Network. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. About MPS Network

MPS Network provides online information, therapist-directory, marketing, scheduling, booking-administration, and related technology services. Features may be introduced progressively and some functions may be unavailable until they are configured and tested.

2. Not medical advice or medical care

MPS Network is a software and marketing service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or clinical direction. Therapists listed through the service are independent providers responsible for their own professional services, qualifications, licences, insurance, clinical decisions, and compliance obligations.

If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service in your location.

3. Therapist directory

Directory information is provided to help visitors locate participating therapists. We aim to present accurate information, but availability, qualifications, locations, services, and prices may change. Inclusion in the directory is not a guarantee of suitability or any treatment result. Visitors are responsible for deciding whether a therapist is appropriate for their needs.

4. Accounts and applications

When account or therapist-application features are enabled, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly update material changes. Therapist applications may require eligibility information, optional verification documents, payment of the applicable Digital Marketing and Profile Fee, and manual review. Profiles remain unavailable to the public until the applicable approval, payment, and activation requirements are satisfied.

MPS Network may decline, suspend, or remove an application or account when eligibility, payment, security, legal, or these Terms’ requirements are not satisfied.

5. Payments, bookings, cancellations, and refunds

Payment and booking features are currently enabled only when expressly shown as available on the website. Before completing a transaction, the applicable price, currency, Secure Booking Fee, cancellation terms, and refund treatment will be displayed. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor.

Therapist application fees, booking payments, cancellation rules, refunds, no-show treatment, and provider payments are governed by the terms presented for the specific transaction and any applicable law. Do not submit payment information unless the website presents an active secure checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, or use the service in a manner that violates another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, software, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to MPS Network and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use public content for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it without permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or rely on independent services such as hosting, payment, mapping, email, or therapist websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. MPS Network is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue website features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the last-updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot reasonably be made. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medical histories, treatment notes, outcomes, or other clinical information through this website.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Contact page.

MPS Network confirms that these Terms were legally reviewed and approved for publication on August 23, 2026.
